In terms of Equal rights for others does not mean fewer rights for you it’s not pie shirt size, there are two cases. One is trivial one of zero intensity. The second is two vectors 120 degrees apart. [This is most understandable because of symmetry. Imagine a third vector at 120 degrees for each of the remaining two vectors. Therefore, the three vectors are evenly distributed over 360 degrees and by symmetry must cancel to zero. If so, the sum of the first two vectors can replace them and again with symmetry.
